Madeline is predeceased by her companion, Joseph “Butch” Belanick; and son-in-law, Robin Leake.
Madeline worked at Weidmuller, Inc. in the production and printing department for 25 years before retiring.
She is survived by daughter, Patricia Leake; son, David Respess (Tracey), five grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, seven great-great grandchildren; two sisters, Thelma Clapp and Kathleen “Kitty” Lyon; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 22, 2022, 1 to 5 p.m. for a Visitation at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231. A Funeral Service will held on Monday, May 23, 2022, 11:45 a.m. Nelsen Funeral Home.
Interment in Washington Memorial Park.
