Jones, Mary Elizabeth, 61, of Henrico County went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on July 30th 2018. She is preceded in death by her mother Elsie Jo Simpson, father Ralph Cundiff and brother Christopher Cundiff. Mary is survived by her husband of 41 years Paul, son John "JT", and daughter Christina (Thurman III), grandchildren Thurman IV and Everly Elizabeth Register, sister Justina Hedge, stepfather Oren Simpson, nieces and nephews. Mary relished spending time with family and friends most importantly her grandchildren. She was an avid reader, enjoyed gardening, tending her Koi pond and spending time with the grandchildren at Anirav Pool. Mary was an employee of Henrico County Schools - driving a school bus for the last 20 years - a career that she thoroughly enjoyed. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on August 18th at Nelsen Funeral Laburnum Chapel 4650 South Laburnum Avenue Richmond Virginia 23231. Visitation 10am, Memorial Service 11am. Reception to follow at the Nelsen Reception Center located onsite.
