Michael Allen Hunt, 61, of Henrico, passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Doris Hunt; and his brother, Steve Hunt. Mike's happiest times were spent fishing and camping with his family and friends. He also enjoyed watching the Redskins play. Left to cherish his memory are his partner, Wanda Hunt; children, Heather Hunt (Chris Wheeler), Keith Shears (Heather) and Frank Amory (Laura); grandchildren, Ryan, Kameryn, Jack and Megan; and his sister, Linda Hoover (Jim). A celebration of Mike's life will be held on Tuesday, May 16, at 6 p.m., at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mike may be made to the charity of your choice.
