BUTLER, Mildred L., 91, of Richmond, passed away Friday, February 20, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Robert K. Butler. She is survived by her devoted daughters, Barbara J. Butler and Betty B. McMullan; two grandsons, Dr. G. Shelton McMullan (Carrie) and Robert W. McMullan; a great-grandson, C. Grice McMullan; nephews, Ray Lassiter (Jane) and Dave Lassiter (Mary); and loving friends, Brenda and Larry Powers. Mildred was a lifelong member of Broadus Memorial Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Thursday, February 26, at Nelsen's Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., where a funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Interment private.
