BUFKINS, Milton Harold Jr., 68, of New Kent County, passed away June 30, 2016. Milton was a United States Army Veteran, originally from Hanover County. He is survived by his sister, Pam Stubbs, and her husband Ronald; nephews, Ryan (Kim) and Ricky Stubbs; great-niece and great-nephew Ann and Tyler Stubbs; and many loving cousins. We will miss him for his caring for his garden of flowers and his joy as a philatelist. The family would like to thank Cancer Institute of Virginia, Bell Creek Sq. and Medi Home Health and Hospice for their support and care of Milton. Visitation will be held at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave. Richmond, VA 23231, on Tuesday July 5, 2016 at 1 pm with a service to follow at 3 pm. Burial private.
