Norma Epperly Williams

Our beloved mother, Norma Jean Epperly Williams, October 6, 1929 – November 13, 2014, has left this world to enter the Kingdom of Heaven with her Savior Jesus Christ and her husband of 62 years, Hank Williams; who preceded her in death three years ago. Norma is survived by her 3 children, sons, Jimmy (Karen) and Richard (Jenny); daughter, Sharon (Greg); grandchildren, Emily, Aaron, Tyler, Kyle, and Kaitlin. Norma was a lifelong member of New Bridge Baptist Church and Antioch Baptist Church. Her family and friends will forever miss her happy, welcoming smile. Momma was a joy to be around for all that knew her. Her family came first in her life and she took care of each of us with a passion. She always knew something about somebody and was happy to share with you any new news. Mom was a steward of the Lord who always believed in doing the right thing and helping a neighbor or a friend in need. Mother, each of us is a better person for the values you instilled in us all. We will miss you and hold the love you have given us all forever. May your soul rest in peace and God be with you. Visitation will take place on Monday, November 17th from 2-4 & 6-8pm at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave. Richmond, VA 23231. Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, November 18th, 10am at New Bridge Baptist Chruch, 5701 Elko Road, Sandston, VA 23150. Interment will be a Washington Memorial Park, Sandston VA.
