HARDING, Pamela C. 70, of Richmond, VA passed away on January 13, 2015. She was a facility supervisor for the Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen for over 15 years. Pam is preceded in death by her parents, Julian R. and Lucille Cobb. She is survived by her daughter, Heather Lee Harding; and a host of additional cousins, family, and friends. The family would like to give a special thanks to Pam’s friends and coworkers at the Cultural Arts Center, along with her extended family at Ma & Pa’s Diner. Anyone who knew Pam knew of her devotion and unconditional love for all cats. Often times, she would put their needs above her own. Pam was a very caring and loving woman who touched the lives of everyone she met. She was loved very much and will be greatly missed by all. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 7 at 1:00 p.m. at The Cultural Arts Center of Glen Allen, 2880 Mountain Rd., Glen Allen, VA 23060.
