Pamella Knick Spiers, 54, of Gloucester, went home to be with her heavenly father after a long battle with MS on July 12, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Minnie and Earl Knick. Mrs. Spiers is survived by her husband, Dave Spiers; brother, Earl Knick, Jr. (Vickie); sister, Theresa Underwood (Tony); best friend, Joyce Priddy; devoted caretakers and friends, Henry Guy and Robbe Nettik; faithful companions, Al, Harry, Ernie and Abigail; as well as several nieces, nephews, family members and friends. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 14, 2014 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Avenue, Richmond, VA 23231, where a funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Park.
