Parry “Jean” White Bell, 86, of Highland Springs, Virginia, passed away on May 22, 2020.
Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Herman Bell; father, Theodore Sanford White; mother, Nellie Hughes White; sisters, Thelma Montgomery, Ruth Shugart, Carolyn Baker, Grace White; and brother, Sanford White, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Lenora B. Napier, son-in-law, Philip Napier; and many nieces and nephews.
A 1952 graduate of Highland Springs High School, Jean was the longtime owner of Bell’s Exclusives – a dollhouse and miniature retailer in Highland Springs. In her younger years, she enjoyed both square dancing and round dancing. She also enjoyed piano music, creative writing, and the community of her dollhouse/miniature store, as she liked to think she could help people along on their journey through life. Jean prayed regularly and relied on God to get her through both the good and bad times, always giving thanks.
There will be a private burial in Washington Memorial Park, Sandston, Va.
