Left to cherish her memory are her children, Warren Robinson, Rose (John) Hannah, Ann (Tom) Worley, Gene (Vicki) Robinson, and Joe (Dawn) Robinson. Grandchildren include Kirt Robinson, Jennifer Robinson, Brian Robinson, Michael Robinson, Chad Robinson, Jesse Hannah, Stephanie Robinson, Brandon Robinson, Carter Robinson, Victoria Robinson-Peters, Joseph Robinson Jr., and Cody Smith, and 19 great-grandchildren.
Patricia will also be dearly missed by her surviving sisters, Betty, Francis, and Barbara, along with her many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Patricia is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Murray; parents, Marvin and Rosa Mae Yandle; son, William Thomas Robinson; and grandson, Bobby Robinson.
Patricia was born September 1, 1944, in Portsmouth, Virginia.
Patricia lived in Sandston, VA, and had a long career in retail sales.
Aside from family, Patricia’s greatest passions were gardening, tending to her flowers, and caring for her koi pond. She was a passionate Elvis Presley fan and enjoyed country music, shopping at Goodwill, bird watching, and traveling. Patricia truly loved her beloved pets, Patches and Gizmo. She was hardworking and caring, and her kindness, gentle spirit, and warm heart touched the lives of everyone who knew her.
We feel tremendously blessed to be her children and to have grown up with the love of such a great mom and friend. She will be profoundly missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished.
Visitation will be held at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 South Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23231, on September 3, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
A funeral service will take place at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 South Laburnum Avenue, Richmond, VA 23231, on September 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
Burial will follow at Washington Memorial Park, 6217 Memorial Drive, Sandston, VA 23150, on September 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
