O’HARA, Patrick S., 30, of New Kent, passed away on Friday, October 10, 2014. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Haley Marie. Patrick is survived by his mother, Debra Pedersen (Tim); father, David O’Hara; wife, Kimberly O’Hara; children, Brayden, Alyssa, Chase, Brylee; sister, Ashley Zahn; brother, Brian Zahn; brother from another mother, Jason Slowick; grandmother, Juju Patterson, mother-in-law, Cindy Cope (Tim); father-in-law, Wayne Jackson; and an abundant number of many other family members and friends. Patrick was an avid poker player and loved everyone. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October, 15, 2014 from 1-3pm at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave. Richmond, VA 23231, where a memorial service will follow at 3pm. Interment is private.
