Peggy Ann Crouse Collier

Collier, Peggy C., of Varina, went to be with the Lord on June 9, 2013. She was a lady full of life and young in spirit, with a great sense of humor. Peggy retired from Henrico County Schools and worked at Nelsen Funeral Home after her retirement. She was a member of Oakwood Baptist Church and the Varina Ruritan Club. She was preceded in death by her mother,Stella Rye Crouse; husband, William Cecil Collier; and brothers, Greever and Ray Crouse. She is survived by her son Steve Collier; brother, James Edward Crouse (Gaynell); and sister-in-law, Ruth Crouse. Peggy was loved by all and will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 13, 2013, from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M., at Nelsen Funeral Home and Crematory, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave. Richmond, VA 23231, where a chapel service will be held Friday June 14, 2013 at 11 A.M. Interment will take place in Maury Cemetery.
