Phil was born and raised in Varina, VA. He was preceded in death by his parents Albert Sr. & Nora Cannon; his stepchildren, Timothy and Jessica; and his grandson, Nolan.
He is survived by his loving and dedicated wife of 27 years, Lori Cannon; children, Christopher, Amanda and Robbie; stepchildren, Penny and Sheldon; 17 grandchildren; and loyal brothers, Albert Jr. (Joyce), Cecil (Kay) and Russell (Nancy); along with nieces and nephews.
Phillip will be missed by all his family and friends.
A memorial service will be held Monday, December 1 at 11 AM at Bonnie Brae Church of Christ, Staples Mill Road, Henrico. There will be a private burial at Washington Memorial Park, Henrico, VA
