Robert E. Becker, of Henrico, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at the age of 90. Born on February 3, 1936, on Long Island, New York, to the late Jacob and Anna Becker, Robert lived a life full of dedication and love.
He proudly served in the U.S. Navy, exemplifying his commitment to his country. Robert was an avid sports fan, with a particular fondness for the St. Louis Cardinals. Above all, he was a loving father and a devoted husband, qualities that defined his character throughout his life.
In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his son, Timothy Becker, and six siblings. He is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Inge Becker; his sons, Richard Becker and Thomas Becker, along with Thomas's wife, Terre; and his sister, Gertrude Becker.
Inurnment will take place at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery.
