Rus, my thoughts and prayers are with you. I knew you Mom, Carolyn very well and your Dad when he was a part of Calvary UMC. God Bless and keep you.

Dear “Russ” and Ida & Family,
So sorry for you and Ida’s loss of Jack😢 I just wish you both peace and humbleness for this time of grieving😇. I remember Jack always being so very friendly! He was very helpful at Calvary when he was a member there with his first wife, Carolyn. I also remember how funny he was! He always made me 😊.
Ida, I think I met you a few times when you both were out shopping.

As an older brother, Jackie showed me how to use tools, work on cars, taught me many things that I use now and am greatful for. He signed for a car for me when no one else would. I could look to him to answer any questions I had which was helpful being the youngest of eight. Jackie and Ida went with us and other family members to a cabin in the mountains and the beach for many years and he could always come up with some funny stories about things we did growing up. He always made you feel happy wherever he went. He will surely be missed by me as I called him every day to chat. He helped anyone who needed help anytime. My wife Pam and I loved him very much and will miss him so much!

Uncle Jack you are truly missed you gave me part of my personality whenever any one tries to think of three things about me one of the three is my love of cupcakes. That started with you, you gave me my very first one and told me to catch a mouse I never did catch that mouse but your one small gesture started my obsession with cupcakes. I'll miss hearing you say "darlin" and "you know it ?" And teasing everyone Ray Stevens has left the stage. Love you Uncle Jackie !
