Delma - a classy lady.  Loved and missed by all. To Billy, our love and profound sympathy in the passing of your Mom. Take consolation in the knowledge that some sweet day, you will see with her again. This has been Promised. I earlier submitted an entry (which for unknown reasons appeared twice), but failed to specifically mention a couple who meant so much to Delma and her beloved son Billy: They are Tom and Barbara Smallwood who were frequent, devoted and faithful companions of Delma and Fleming during their latter years, and were indeed like extended family. Delma and Fleming loved them dearly.  We all do.  Rest in Peace, dear Delma.

I'll always remember Aunt Dell's laughter, her warm way of making you feel welcome always, her love of you for you.  She was kind & gentle and looked for the good in people.  I feel blessed she was a part of my life.  She will be greatly missed, but never forgotten.

We will miss Delma's sweet smile, her laughter, and her sly sense of humor.  I am proud and happy to have had her as a sister-in-law.  She was kind and generous in her love for her family and friends.  Never an unkind word about anyone.  She lived a long and happy life, and was loved by all who knew her.  Rest in Peace, dear Delma.

Very sweet lady!! Will be missed by all. Didn't get to see her but once a year at the family reunions, but she was always so sweet and happy to see everybody, will miss her this year.  Enjoyed looking through the pictures that were shared here.  My condolences to all the family.

I will always remember the fun times we had.  You had the most joyous laugh of anyone I ever knew.  Next to my mother, you were the most wonderful person Tom and I ever met.  I will always remember the first time we saw you.  Very trusting to let a stranger in your  house bringing apples.  Love you.  Tom and Barbara

I will always be grateful for the blessing of having you as my grandmom, and for all the time that I had with you. You are with me in spirit, and in the many "Del-isms" that I have adopted as my own. Thank you for everything, Grandmom. You are much loved and will be greatly missed.
