A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Sandra lived a beautiful life defined by love for her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Morris Wheeler and Marion Louise Stinson, and her sister, Marion Elizabeth Page.
She leaves behind her beloved husband of 52 years, Bobby Junior Testerman. Her legacy continues through her two sons, John Testerman (Cristal) and William Testerman (Janelynn); five cherished grandchildren, Kyle (Megan), John Camden, Josiah, Isabella, and Eli; and two great-grandchildren, Levi and Payton.
A graduate of John Marshall High School, Sandra dedicated 32 years of service to the VA State Tax Department, where she retired as a supervisor.
Sandra found joy in the simple pleasures of life, which included camping and fishing with family and friends, crocheting, cross-stitching, and peacefully watching the wildlife from her porch.
She lovingly supported her children's and grandchildren's interests, serving many years as a committee member for BSA Troops 501 and 570. She was a fixture at every band and choir concert, theater performance, field day and racetrack event - a testament to her love considering her true interest was likely the quiet drive home. She created a wonderful, supportive, and loving environment for her entire family.
