Sandra L. Thompson, 68, of Richmond passed away on June 3, 2014. She was the daughter of the late George and Tiny Thomas and was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert S. Thompson. Sandra is survived by her daughter, Teresa J. Vaseleck (Joe); son, Mack Jefferies (Cassie); grandchildren, M. Shane McGee, Mackenzie, Jerzie, and Lil’ Mack Jefferies; aunt, Babe Olgers; beloved dog, Elvis; as well as many cousins, family members, and friends. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 6, Sandra’s birthday, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Avenue, Richmond, VA 23231.
