CINER, Sharon, 72, of Richmond, Va. passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael S. Ciner; and her mother, Barbara A. McDonald. She worked as a Customer Service Representative for Verizon. Sharon enjoyed reading, cooking, and fishing and she loved animals. She is survived by her children, Danielle R. Ormand, Frederick L.
