He was preceded in death by his wife, Betsy; and son, Christopher and is survived by a son, Michael Bailey (Tammy Bolton); several grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
T.R. worked for Philip Morris and he enjoyed fishing, boating, bluegrass, cars, and he played many instruments.
The family will receive friends 6 – 8 pm, Tuesday, September 3 at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650, S. Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23231.
