Barbara,

My condolences to you and your family. It was an honor to work with both you and Tommy. Tommy served as a role model for me in my career in many ways, mainly in being a genuine personality.

God bless the Biggerstaff family in this time of loss.

We are saddened for this loss in this beautiful family. I am truly blessed that God allowed me to serve with Tommy at the Division of Police in Henrico County, Virginia during the 1970's. I was able to meet a true friend that unknowingly would be etched into my life forever. My only regret is that my career in code enforcement took me to multiple jurisdictions in the state and I was not able to see and visit with him and the family more. I met Tommy's family while growing up in Highland Springs and cherish those memories. Barbara this is a time in our lives when God holds us in the hollow of His Almighty hands and draws our lives, thoughts, prayers and support together for comfort too each other. Deborah and I are here for you and all of your family during this time.
