SEAY, Todd R., 36, of Sandston, passed away on July 14, 2015. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Laurence and Mildred Childress; and his grandmother, Mary L. Mullins. He is survived by his parents, Victor "Bob" and Nancy Seay; and one brother, Christopher L. Seay.
