

Twila J. Collins, a cherished and beloved resident of Keysville, Virginia, passed away on December 25, 2025, at the age of 87. Born on November 8, 1938 in West Virginia, Twila was a woman of great warmth and kindness, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
Twila was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Collins, and her children, Darrell Wayne Radford, John Allen Radford, Barry Dale Radford, and Donna Lynn Johnson. She was also preceded by her siblings, Charles Shockley, James Shockley, Roy Shockley, Bob Shockley, Odema Elliott, Barbara Thornton, and Madeline Robinette.
Twila attended high school in Princeton, West Virginia, where she laid the foundation for a life filled with family and community.
She is survived by her children, Anthony Radford, Sandra Watts and her husband Douglas, and George Clark Jr. and his wife April. Twila's legacy continues through her nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Mary Emerson.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to PACE Central in Keysville for their support and care.
A memorial service will be held at a later date to honor Twila's life and memory.
