Vernon Eugene “Jack” Marshall, 69, of Henrico passed away on Monday, January 22, 2018. He was a retired employee of Muller Construction Company. He was preceded in death by his parents, William E. and Dora P. Marshall; and brother, William R. Pomfrey. He is survived by a sister, Sharon Dillingham (Grady); brothers, Gary (Linda), Pem, Mike (Geneva) and Tom; sister-in-law, Betty Pomfrey; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday, January 25, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S.
