Wendy Estes Houston, 63, of Lanexa, passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Louise Estes. Wendy was a member of Smith Memorial Baptist Church and worked as a Missions Specialist with International Mission Board for 15 years. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Butch Houston; children, Joan Duszynski and Chad Houston; grandchildren, Shane, Julia, and Ellie Duszynski; and siblings, Barbara Aultman, Rodney Estes, and Curtis Estes. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 2, at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231, with a visitation one hour prior. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
