COMBS, William "Scott", 47, of Sandston, passed away on Monday, August 29, 2016. Scott was an avid hunter, a member of the NRA, and a member of the Conservation Park/Izzak Walton Park, Inc. He was preceded in death by his father, Horace R. Combs; and sister Deborah Vann. Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Evelyn G. Combs; brother, Curtis W. Combs Sr.; lifelong friend, Fred Browning; one aunt, three nieces and one nephew. The family will receive friends on Friday, September 2, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231, where a funeral service will be held 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 3.
