William “Eddie” Davis, 85, of Bowling Green passed away on Friday, October 19, 2018. He retired from Estes Express as a truck driver and served in the U. S. Army during the Korean War. He was a member of Manchester Masonic Lodge 14, the American Legion 125 and Teamsters Union 83. He loved to hunt, play pool, drink beer and watch NASCAR. He is survived by his children, including his devoted daughter, Mary Luanne Davis, Susan E. Totoritis, Dean Davis, Shawn Steele and William E. Davis, Jr.; godson, Tom Ball, Jr.; grandchildren, Ryan Bondurant, Kenneth Steele, Jr. and Kaylee Steele; great-grandchildren, Savannah, Ava, Wyatt and Jackson; and thanks to a special friend, Larry Acree and neighbor, Buffy Myrick for her hard work and loving care. The family will receive friends Thursday, Oct. 25, from 6 pm to 8 pm, with a Masonic Service at 7 p.m., at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, VA 23231 where funeral services will be held Friday, Oct. 26, at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Maury Cemetery.
