Miller, William Franklin (Frank) of Sandston passed April 4, 2016 at his residence. A WWII Veteran, he was predeceased by his wife Alma. He leaves to cherish his memory Dorothy Barnes Miller (wife) Bishop Miller (brother), children Donald, Jeffery, Jacqueline, Dexter and Beverly, and his beloved grandchildren Craig, Kathryn, Berkley, Mark, and Katelyn and other extended family.
