William Francis “Billy” Parmenter, 77, of Aylett passed away on Thursday, August 9, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Eleanor Parmenter and a sister, Eleanor Louise Templehof. He was a retired craftsman and an avid car enthusiast. He is survived by his four children, Michelle O’Brien Boulter (Billy), William Parmenter (Sara), Joseph Parmenter (Melissa) and Theodore Parmenter; grandchildren, T. J., Brendan, Ryan, Matty, Dylan and Joshua; siblings, Paul Parmenter, Janice Oliver, Denise Blaikie, Ruthann Mayer and Joseph Parmenter; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a local hospice, the American Cancer Society or the DAV.
