William E. Wallace Jr (Bill), of Prince George, passed away on December 7, 2016. He was predeceased by his parents, William Elmo and Catherine Wallace; and his brother, John Lewis Wallace. Survivors include his wife, Jeanne; his daughters, Kim Andrews (Larry), Kim Basye, Tina Williams (Hudson), Jill Jones (Todd); sisters, Betty Jean Prince (Ken), Frances Hatcher, Elizabeth Baker (David); brother, Dewey Wayne Wallace (Linda); sister-in-law, Nancy Fink; grandchildren, Bryant and Seth Andrews, Jennifer Dunn (Jordan), Sam and Sarah Owens, Savannah Basye, Rachel Jones and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave, Richmond VA, 23231 on Saturday, December 10, 2016 from 1-2pm with a memorial service immediately following.
