I have so many wonderful childhood memories with Uncle Willis, he always had a way of making you feel special and loved. Love you Aunt Margie you are in my thoughts and prayers.

I thought of Margie and Willis as if they were my own grandparents.  I didn't see them as often as I should, I regret that. But I love them both very much.  Willis always made me laugh.  He was one of the kindest, most fun loving people I have ever met.  I am so grateful to have had the pleasure of knowing him.  He was always talking about cars.  He loved getting new cars. He was a devoted husband, father and a great contribution to the country he served.  He will be missed.  Thank you Willis for being a part of my life and for allowing me the pleasure to be a part of yours.  I was so glad Kayla got to spend some time with him last year, she took pleasure in getting to know him.  Gone but never forgotten.  Love you Mr. Zelda W. Palmore  I know I wasn't your family but it always felt like you were mine.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

Mr. Palmore was such a sweet man. I always adored him and Mrs. Palmore. I know he will be missed by many, many people. My condolences to Mrs. Palmore and the rest of the family in this time of heartache.

I am so lucky that God gave me you as my papa. You will forever hold a BIG place in my heart that will never be filled. I love you so much I wish that I could just see you one last time. I will never forget the man you were. I love you to the moon and back and on Thursday I won't be saying goodbye I will be saying "SEE YOU LATER" like we always did.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

 Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
 Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
 That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
 God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

 It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

 God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not  be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Mr. Palmore was a great man to know. We have great memories of him and he will truly be missed and loved by many people.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family in this time of sorrow.

Very sad Uncle Willis was such a sweet man, he and Aunt Margie used to come in Ma and Pa's all the time when I was working there and tell me all about our family history. Always a joy to be around. Your all in my thoughts and prayers.

For the time I did no "papa", I discovered what a great man he was both on the inside and out. He was full of stories and jokes that I have never forgotten. Prayers go out to all the family and friends suffering through this loss.
