Amanda Lee Carl
April 2, 1981 – May 4, 2019
Amanda Lee Carl, of Rochester Hills, passed away on May 4, 2019 at the age of 38. She was born in Rochester, Michigan on April 2, 1981 to Michael Carl and Connie Allen. Amanda went on to graduate from Rochester High School and from there going on to be self-employed and working in payroll. Anyone who knew Amanda knew her passions for gardening, her friends and family, along with cooking. She always had a vibrant personality, with a heart bigger than most. Although she could be firm, she was always soft at the same time. Amanda was there for anyone who may have needed help, no matter how big or how small that need may have been. Her beautiful personality was felt by all who came into her life. Amanda was the caring daughter of Michael Carl; the amazing and loving mother to her son, Broc; the proud sister of her brothers, Justin and Christopher Carl; and of course the loving mom to her fur baby, Spunks. She was preceded in death by her dear mother, Connie Allen; and her beloved grandparents, Harold and Darlene Allen. In lieu of flowers, donations in Amanda’s memory may be made to Variety the Children’s Charity (http://variety-detroit.com/) seeing Amanda held a special place in her heart when it came to helping any child in need. A celebration of Amanda’s life will be held at a later date.

Amanda was such a great friend to my nieces Rose. Santita, Susa, and Idalee. I watch those girls grow up together, they had such a beautiful bond that was awesome to watch. I remember seeing. Amanda at my sister Ida's house, she would always greet me with a hug and a smile. So sorry to hear you are no longer here on earth but you are always here in spirit and memory.

What will I do now?
There is this hole in my soul only you can fill.
You are my friend.
You are my soul sister.
My partner in crime.
You helped mend my broken heart figuratively after my divorce.
You helped mend my broken heart literally after my open heart surgery.
You know I can not love Broc more.
It is impossible.
Oh Amanda I miss you so.

Amanda you will be missed in so many ways your green thumb (must got that from Aunt Lois and mon and dad). Helping me out with the OK 👌 where I am living now . Helping me when Uncle Ralph died and getting all that stuff out of the house, and seeing what your car 🚗 looked like stuffed inside and on the roof (the Beverly hillbillies 🚗). Just helping me out when I needed something. One thing I never got to see the four legged dog 🐶 and telling me I need one. I will miss you 😘 but I will never forget. To Broc I am just a phone call away and you have an army of people that love ❤️ you very much.
Love ❤️ you Great Aunt Dianne
