Amber Rosina Zechmeister

Amber Rosina Zechmeister, age 38, of Rochester, Michigan, passed away January 27th, 2018. She died of a complicated pneumonia, ARDS. She was born in Rochester, Michigan on September 21st, 1979. Amber graduated from Romeo High School and received her cosmetology degree from Excel. Amber worked at the Old Person’s Community in Rochester and she was preparing to become a lifeguard. She had a passion for the ocean, equestrian, fashion, art, and always extending kindness towards those less fortunate. Amber is survived by her mother, Diane Zechmeister; her father, Walter (Louann) Zechmeister; her sisters, Charlotte (Kyle) Stapp and Jacqueline Wilson; her aunts and uncles, Alfred (Ilse) Zechmeister and Mark (Debbie) Bisso; and her cousins, Isolde Zechmeister and Doris Maier. Visitation will be held Friday, February 2nd, 2018, from 5-9 PM at Pixley Funeral Home, 322 W. University Dr., Rochester, Michigan. Funeral Service will be Saturday, February 3rd, 2018 at 11 AM with gathering beginning at 10 AM until time of service at Pixley Funeral Home.
