Beloved son of Robert and Linda Gibson; dear brother of Dawn (Michael) Sorgatz, Lisa (Rich) Borella, Robert (Nicole) Gibson, Michael (Renee Hermann) Gibson; loving uncle of Jessica, Matthew, Michael, Alexandre, Olivia, Ryan, Lauren, Tyler, Robby, Trevor, Eve, Harrison, Greyson, Skyler, and Tanner; nephew and cousin to many.
Chris was born the son of Robert and Linda (Elnicky) Gibson in Royal Oak Michigan on October 25, 1975. He grew up in Berkley Michigan and graduated from Berkley High School in 1994. Chris owned “Refresh Carpet Cleaning” and then took up carpentry as his business. Most recently Chris was learning CNC operations.
Chris was passionate about his family. He was the glue that keeps the family together. Always with a kind word, he made you feel special. Chris loved adventure, fishing, and up north. He had a heart of gold and helped the homeless.
Chris’s family will receive visitors for a memorial gathering on Friday March 2nd, 2018 from 10 a.m. until the time of memorial service at 1 p.m. at Pixley Funeral Home, located at 322 West University Drive in downtown Rochester, Michigan.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Robert & Linda Gibson to assist with funeral expenses.
