He was born in Tracy, New Brunswick, Canada on August 27, 1931. Conrad Nason graduated from Fredericton Junction High School and immediately went to work full time. Conrad had a lifelong career in Automotive Accounting that started with GM in Toronto, Canada, then to various dealerships. He retired from Sellers Pontiac GMC at the age of 70, as a long-term, loved employee.
He married Dorothy M. Andrews on May 19, 1952 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. They had nearly 69 beautiful years together before he was called home to Heaven.
Conrad had been a member of Rochester Hills Baptist Church for over 15 years where he was active in the bus ministry, as well as being a deacon. He went from RHBC to Grace Baptist in Birmingham, MI where he thrived on being a greeter and loved the people. He was the treasurer for a period, as was true to his nature of being good with numbers. An avid sports fan, Conrad had a lifelong passion for the New York Yankees and New York Rangers.
He was preceded in death by both his parents, Rainsford and Myrtle Nason, as well as his brothers Lavergne and Harold. He is survived by his brother Lloyd, sister Phyllis McLaughlin and sister Madelyn (Doug) Duval. He is also survived by his children, Catherine (Kenneth) Rich and Jennifer Nason. He has three grandsons, Andrew, Alec and Aidan Rich.
Interment at Mt. Avon Cemetery in Rochester, MI, on Saturday, April 24, 2021 with a memorial service to be held at a later date this Summer.
