Dale will indeed be missed. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Dale (and Dick)during my time at GM. From them I learned how to be a good worker. That's a great lesson to learn. Thanks Dale, Linda

I know few people as special as Dale and I was fortunate to be one of his neighbors on Burning Bush Court.   Dale was always such a joy to share life's happenings with when we would encounter each other in our adjacent driveways or walk across for a "garage visit".  Dale always brought the warmth of sunshine into my day. Every time we met up, he was either leaving to help someone, or coming from helping someone.  My sadness in the loss of Dale's friendship is commensurate with the joy of knowing Dale's friendship. I feel blessed to have known Dale. I wandered out of the desert in Palm Springs and was welcomed with a warm smile and friendship from Dale.  I always enjoyed my visits with him whenever I was in Michigan and found him with the best sense of humors not found in many. My world was so much better for having known Dale. Dale Schuerger was one of the best people I have ever known. He was kind, patient, funny, intelligent, resourceful, considerate and unbelievably good-natured. When he was "on the job," I knew that I could completely trust him to not only do the best job he could do, but to do it better than anyone else. I literally would have trusted Dale with my life. No matter what the situation, he always approached it with a gentle spirit and a smile on his face. I was priviledged to work with him and to be his friend. I know all the angels in heaven welcomed him with open wings.

Sincere sorrow to lose a neighbor, co-worker and a friend. Dale was a wonderful guy, a great person, a very hard worker and a nice neighbor. We have missed him on Burning Bush Court and neighbor Martha Meyer sends her condolences as well.

My deepest condolences.  The memories of Dale and MaryLou as neighbors for 25 years will remain with me forever.  You could not ask for better people to live next to and share your family with.  Billy, Bob, and Sarah have only fond memories of the kindness they gave to them as they grew up.
