Dennis Lee Campbell

Dennis Lee Campbell, 77, of Rochester Hills, Michigan, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on September 12, 2023. He was born in Rochester, Michigan on June 21, 1946. Dennis graduated from Rochester High School. He was married to Paula Ann Campbell (Kocsis) on November 30, 1968. He served his country faithfully as a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army. His service included a tour of duty in Vietnam where he earned a Purple Heart. Dennis retired from Messina Trucking of Shelby, Michigan after more than 40 years as a diesel mechanic and later, shop foreman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, racing, and the outdoors. He was preceded in death by his father Orville J. Campbell, his mother Viola Bertha Campbell (Mamrow), and his brother Orville Edwin Campbell. He is survived by his wife Paula Ann Campbell and daughter Jenifer Renee Robb (husband Brett).

Visitation will be held at Pixley Funeral Home 322 West University Drive,Rochester, Michigan on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 from 12:00 pm until 8:00 pm. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 12:00 pm. (11:00 am instate) at Pixley Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Christian Memorial Gardens West, Rochester Hills, Michigan.
