Desmond J. Lewsley, age 96, of Shelby Township, Michigan passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.

Beloved husband of the late Carol Lewsley for over 62 years. Dear father of David (Laureen) Lewsley, Paul (Sandra) Lewsley, Thomas (Pamela) Lewsley, Linda (Mark) Thompson, Robert (Catherine) Lewsley, Jay (Lauretta) Lewsley, and the late James Lewsley. Desmond is also survived by his 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and three great, great grandchildren. Brother of the late Elizabeth Hoeft.

A visitation for Desmond will be held Friday, July 12, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Pixley Funeral Home, 322 W. University Dr., Rochester, Michigan 48307, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM.

Memorial contributions in Desmond's name may be directed to St John Lutheran Church in Rochester.
