Dolores Violet (nee Kolar) Rigg, of Rochester Hills, Michigan passed away at the age of 92 on November 16, 2022. She was born in Chicago, Illinois to Otto and Agnes Kolar on November 19, 1929. She attended Oakland University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree before going on to become a Registered Nurse. Dolores married her beloved husband, John Rigg, on December 18, 1948 and they were together until his passing on April 7, 2001. She was a faithful member of St. John Lutheran Church for over 60 years.
She is survived by her children Leslie (Steve) Webster, Scott (Susan) Rigg, and Kevin (Lisa) Rigg; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchild; and her sister Judith A. Benscoter.
