Earl was born the son of Gary Shanburn and Victoria Katulski in Detroit, Michigan on April 26, 1970. Earl graduated from Clawson High School, class of 1986 and served in the United States Army. Earl had a career as an engineer in automotive manufacturing for many years.
Earl loved his family, friends, country, and his dogs Riley, Maddie, Dodger, and Emmi dearly. He enjoyed building a house with his partner in life, Tiffany. Earl was ready to help anyone in need. He enjoyed cooking and was unquestionably a neat freak.
Earl is survived by his partner in life Tiffany Braun; daughters Breana (Joel) Brodzinski and Alyssa (Cole Peterson) Shanburn; mother Victoria Katulski; and siblings Celeste Shanburn, Gary (Jeanne) Shanburn, Jeremy "Moe" Shanburn, and David (Aleta) Tate; and mother of Breana and Alyssa, Christina (Mitch) Metz. Earl was predeceased by his father Gary Shanburn.
Visitation will be held on Saturday January 25th, 2025 from 3pm until the time of the funeral service at 5pm at Pixley Funeral Home, located at 322 W. University Drive in downtown Rochester, Michigan.
