Gary Clifford Boado, age 48, of Rochester Hills Michigan passed away Monday October 5, 2020. Gary was born the son of Guillermo and Victoria (Agbanlog) Boado on January 30, 1972 in Toronto, Canada. He graduated from Southfield High School, class of 1990 and attended Oakland Community College. Gary married Stephanie Bautista on April 14, 2007 at St. Mary of the Hills Catholic Church where they are members. He was also a member of the Gassers Riding Club.
Gary enjoyed riding his motorcycle, strumming on his guitars, going to fine dining restaurants, spending time with family and friends and traveling with his wife Stephanie. Gary was a natural engineer skilled at repurposing materials and creating something out of nothing. Gary was a car enthusiast and collected guitars.
Gary is survived by his loving wife Stephanie; parents Guillermo and Victoria Boado; brother Justin (Zinnia) Boado; nieces Felisa and Victoria; nephews Justin Jr. and Augustine and sister Alma Mae (Charlie) Ko; nephews Issac and Isiah and brother-in-law German Bautista Jr. He was predeceased by his grandfather Felipe Agbanlog; and grandmother’s Felisa Agbanlog and Regina Boado.
Gary’s family welcomes all to a visitation on Sunday October 11, 2020 from 3:00 -5:00 pm at Pixley Funeral Home, located at 322 W. University Drive in downtown Rochester. Gary will lie in state from 10:30 am until the time of funeral mass at 11:00 am on Monday October 12, 2020 at St. Mary of the Hills Catholic Church, located at 2675 John R. Rd in Rochester Hills. Burial will follow at Van Hoosen-Jones Cemetery.
