George Rudolf Angersbach

George was born to Rudolf and Valerie Angersbach on August 22, 1933, in Riga, Latvia. George spent his youth in Germany, before moving to Indianapolis with his family, where he attended high school. Following high school, George attended The Art Center College of Design, in Pasadena, California, where he graduated with his bachelor's in design. Shortly after graduating, George was offered a job with General Motors, where he had a 40 year long career in their automotive design department.

George met the love of his life, Martha, and the two were married on October 17, 1959 in Hollywood, California.

George was an avid car enthusiast, loved to read, and construct model cars and planes, really anything with a motor. Above all, George loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

George is survived by his children: Steven (Shannon) Angersbach, Kurt (Deborah) Angersbach, Tim Angersbach, Peter Angersbach, his grandchildren: Samantha and Colin Angersbach, and brother-in-law Uldis Klavins.
