THOMAS, George A. Sr., 75, of Rochester Hills, died Suddenly January 25, 2017. He was born in Utica on April 11, 1941. He was an Operating Engineer with George A. Odien, belonging to the local 324 and then worked as the lead foreman for his son’s business, George’s Maintenance. Husband of Nancy Thomas; father of George A. (Lori) Jr., Norm (Tracy), Kristy (John) Trouba, Tim and Shawn (Jamie); grandfather of 12; great-grandfather of 6 and will be missed by his dog Molly. Visitation 1 – 8 p.m. Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Pixley Funeral Home, 322 W University Dr., in downtown Rochester. Funeral Service 12 noon Monday, January 30, 2017 at Kensington Community Church, 1825 E Square Lake Rd, Troy.
