H. Wade Jennings

JENNINGS, H. Wade, 79, of Rochester Hills, MI, passed away Monday, April 24, 2017. He was born in Washington D.C. on December 14, 1937. Wade graduated from General Motors Institute and the University of Dayton where he received his MBA. He was married to Jane Blackburn on October 1, 1960. Wade worked in data processing management for General Motors and EDS. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Rochester and had a passion for his family, automobiles, and auto racing. He is survived by his wife, Jane; children Elizabeth (Harris) Miller of Rochester, MI and Jessica (Dave) MacMaster of Zeeland, MI; his grandchildren Noah, Hudson, and Lydia Miller and Graham, Grace, Ainslie, and Aaron MacMaster; and his siblings Sylvia, Charles, Jonathan, and David Jennings. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 28, 2017 from 4-8 PM at Pixley Funeral home in Rochester, MI. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 11 AM with gathering beginning at 10 AM until time of service at First Baptist Church of Rochester, 6377 Orion Rd, Rochester Hills, MI. A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 10 AM at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
