It is with deep love and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jeff Trombley, who died on 16 January at the age of 62 surrounded by those who loved him. He lived with steady strength and a generous heart, and his presence made ordinary days fee/ safe and good.
Jeff was born on November 27 1963 in Mt. Clemens,Michigan and made his home in Macomb Township, Michigan. He was a devoted husband to Michele, and together they built a life marked by love/laughter/family traditions/adventure. He was the kind of man who showed up, kept his word, fixed what was broken, made people laugh, and the people closest to him will remember the quiet ways he cared—through small moments of morning coffee with his wife, helping neighbors and his family, always making sure his kids were loved and cared for.
He is lovingly survived by his wife, Michele; his children: Adam and Kelly (Ryuji) his granddaughter Yuna who brought him endless joy and his siblings Carol (Andy), Pat(Steve), and Sandy,He was preceded in death by his parents Harry, Madeline, and brother Ron. And he was loved by many nieces and nephews.
To know Jeff was to know a steady friend, a hard worker, a soft heart, a protector I a faithful man. He loved tinkering on his cars, camping, bbqing, biking, date nights with his wife, Costco and Sam's Club, Do it yourself projects, and he found joy in face timing his granddaughter, Sunday mornings, watching the game, backyard time, road trips, helping the kids. But his greatest pride was his family. His love will remain in the stories we tell, the lessons he lived, and the way he made people feel—seen, supported, and cared for.
A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 21, from 12PM to 4PM at Pixley Funeral Home in Rochester, MI followed by a memorial service at 4 PM. All who loved him are welcome.
