January 27, 1973 - July 26, 2026
Passed away suddenly. He dealt with diabetes type one since he was 15 years old.
He leaves behind a grieving family. Beloved mother Barbara Miks; loving brother and sister-in-law Andrew and Jennifer Landers. Dear God daughter and niece Olivia Rae Landers and cherished nephew Zachary Landers.
Jeffrey is predeceased by grandparents Walter and Jane Levnow, step grandparents: Frank & Jean Miks, Father Raymond Landers and stepfather Frank Miks Jr.
Jeff enjoyed his family and friends. Jeff was a research scientist. He had many interests, his new home, his music, he played piano, keyboard and saxophone. He loved to cook recipes from the Cooking Channel. He played golf, card games, watched Star Trek and the Detroit Lions no matter what. Reading was always at the top of his list, science and military history. He could speak to most of any subject and enjoyed talking to friends he had for years. He was planning some trips. He wanted to see the Pacific Ocean.

Visiting hours have been arranged for Sunday, August 9, 2026, from 12:00 noon until 5:00 PM at Pixley Funeral Home of Rochester, 322 W. University Drive, Rochester.
A scripture service will be prayed Sunday afternoon at 4:00 PM
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM (In-State 10:30) in the chapel of St. Andrew Church, 1400 Inglewood Ave., Rochester.
Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial tribute to the American Diabetes Association in Jeffrey's memory.
