Katherine Bohm Henschel

BOHM-HENSCHEL, Katherine, 88, of Lake Orion, MI, passed away June 10, 2016. She was born in Granville, TN on May 21, 1928. Katherine graduated from Algood High School. She was married to Robert E Bohm for 38 years and then to Horst R Henschel for 23 years. Katherine had a passion for adventure and travel, she traveled the world. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Bohm, her husband Horst Henschel, and her son Robert Bohm Jr. Katherine is survived by her daughters Judie (Jeff) Wurges and Linda (Chuck) Morris and daughter in law Franka Bohm; her grandchildren Jennifer Byrnes, Jon Wurges, Barbara Jones, Brian Morris, Marc Morris, Carmen Akers, and Nathaniel Bohm; her 15 great grandchildren; her siblings Jessie Carmack and Robert Cantrell; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Monday, June 13, 2016 from 2-7 p.m. at Pixley Funeral Home, 322 W. University Dr., Rochester, MI. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 14th, at 11 a.m. with a brief visitation from 10-11 a.m. Pall bearers are Jon Wurges, Brian Morris, Marc Morris, Nathaniel Bohm, Jeff Byrnes and Scott Jones.
