Lewis Wayne Scott

Precious Lewis Wayne Scott was blessed and released into Eternal Life on Wednesday, April 12, 2022 at 12:03 p.m. Weighing 4 lbs., 13 oz. and measuring 18.5 inches long; born perfectly into the loving arms of his Mother and Father in Troy, MI.

He had a brief but promising career in belly flips, belly pokes with plenty of well-placed kicks to his mommy’s bladder and kidneys; which happened to be the source of many laughs and proud smiles, and if we’re honest, sleepless nights.

Turning Point Church of Rochester was where he worshipped with his Mommy, Daddy and big sister Charlotte Mae every week. This is where he experienced the touch of God and heard his mommy sing and praise; pray and serve. Where he heard his daddy sing and shout, and preach the word of God.

He heard lots of voices during his brief time here on earth safely in his Mommy’s belly, but today he is listening to Heaven’s beautiful choir worship the Lord, and to the voice of the One who spoke him into existence.

Lewis is in Heaven today patiently awaiting the arrival of his daddy, Nick Scott, his mommy, Chelsea Scott, and his big sister, Charlotte Mae Scott, as well as all of his grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles cousins, and so many family and friends here on earth. What a wonderful reunion that will be on the great and glorious day!
