Michelle was born on December 28, 1962, to Robert and Millicent(Reffelt) Conley in Sycamore, Illinois. Michelle was the cherished owner of Norgetown Laundry Mat and Michelle’s Bio Tech Linen Service in the Rochester area. She was a deeply loved wife, mother, and grandmother, whose warmth and kindness touched everyone she met. Michelle also passionately served as the vice president of the Fostoria Glass Society Moundsville Chapter, where she shared her love for glass with fellow enthusiasts. She was also a committed philanthropist, supporting Crittenton Hospital and Meadow Brook Theater. In her free time, Michelle loved going to John’s Pizza in Chicago and Moundsville to see her friends and at the glass museum. Michelle was always looking for a new antique store and more American crystal.
Michelle is lovingly remembered and preceded in death by her mother, Millicent Conley; her father, Robert Conley; her brother, Mark Conley; and her dear best friend, Sheila Gage. She is survived by her devoted husband, Jeff Sugg; her daughters, Jennifer Sugg (Joel Mendoza) of Hollywood, CA, and Bronwyn (Hunter) Critchfield of Essexville, MI; and her precious granddaughter, Millicent Aine Critchfield. She also leaves behind her brother, Michael (Susan) Conley of Romeo. Michelle found joy in collecting and sharing all things Fostoria glass, savoring frozen Cokes, and enjoying prime rib with her loved ones.
A memorial visitation to celebrate Michelle’s life will be held on Saturday November 15, 2025 from 10-5pm with a sharing of memories at 3:30pm and scripture service following at Pixley Funeral Home, located at 322 West University Drive in downtown Rochester, Michigan.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Michelle's honor to The Fostoria Glass Museum, 511 Tomlinson Ave, Moundsville, West Virginia, 26041.
Following the service, all are welcome to join the family for a dinner at their home at 1281 Harding Ave. The family looks to sharing memories and celebrating the beautiful life of Michelle.
