Pat was born on March 16, 1931, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of Charles and Daisy (Lemon) Connor. Pat graduated from Withrow High school, class of 1949. She married Peter VanBeers in 1953, and they raised their family in Loveland, Ohio. Pat and Peter moved to Michigan with Peter’s career at Ford. They later divorced. Pat was a member of St. Irenaeus Catholic Church in Rochester Hills.
Pat loved quilting. She enjoyed serving at the soup kitchen and was very generous to charities. In earlier years she was an accomplished pianist and enjoyed travelling to Europe.
Pat is survived by her sons Daniel (June) and Chris VanBeers; and grandson Nicholas VanBeers. Pat was predeceased by her parents, and brothers William and Robert Conner.
